Do I choose GL or PPM?

Please contact your business analyst or account manager to identify what type of account you have. We have listed examples below for reference –

For entering in UC Drive, please enter only the segments that it asks for. The natural account is excluded in UC Drive as the segment is specific to our department.

For entering your profile in PPM format:

If the account you are using is PPM, then leave Entity as “None Selected” and Purpose as “None Selected”. Enter zeros where prompted.

If your project account begins with FP, KP, or K3, it is highly probable that your account falls under the category of a PPM Account.
